At Stella McCartney Kids Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium children’s clothing purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate items. All sales of underwear, socks, and swimwear are final.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (11 East St, Brighton & Hove, GB CH1P 2BF)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship your return using a trackable service. We recommend using the same carrier as your original shipment (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
- For PayPal payments: refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
Exchanges
For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
