Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Stella McCartney Kids item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, and swimwear. All sales of these intimate items are final.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:
